Shark cartilage contains mucopolysaccharides, a family of complex carbohydrates including the now well-known chondroitin sulfate. It is an excellent source of calcium and phosphorus.

Stir one level scoop into an 8 ounce glass of thick fruit or vegetable juice. Drink immediately after mixing, before breakfast every day.
