Chitosan is a unique fat-absorbing dietary fiber derived from crab chitin. We use Vanson Liposan Ultra® Chitosan, which rapidly dissolves (solubilizes) in stomach acid. Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules with meals as needed. Refrain from taking Chitosan 4 hours before or after the ingestion of fat soluble vitamins (I.e., A,D,E,K) or any medications.
