Arnica (Arnica Montana) is a homeopathic anti-inflammatory that may be used for traumatic injury, bruises, strained joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, tensive backache, concussion, stroke, heart strain and for reducing pain and bleeding after surgery.
Ingredients: Arnica Montana 6X
Suggested Use: Sublingual medication. Place under tongue; let dissolve. Take when mouth is in natural condition, 1/2 hour before or after eating, brushing teeth, or drinking anything but water. Unless directed otherwise by doctor: Adults: 3X-12X & 6C-12C: 10 pellets or 3 tablets every hour. As symptoms improve, decrease to every 4 hours, then twice daily. When symptoms disappear, stop medication. Children 2 to 12 (check warnings on other side of insert): Half adult dose. Children under 2: Only on advice & supervision of a doctor.
