Alpha CF Colds & Flu is a homeopathic formulation to relieve symptoms of cold and flu including fever, chills, headache, coughing, body aches and pains, sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose, and sore throat.
Suggested Use: Sublingual medication. Place tablets under tongue & let dissolve. Adults; at first sign of cold or flu, take 1 tablet every hour, & 2 or 3 tablets before going to sleep. As symptoms subside, take 1 tablet every 2- or 3 hours. Children 2 to 12: Half adult dose. Children under 2: Only on advice & under supervision of a physician.
