Live Lactobacillus bifidus Organisms: Guaranteed minimum of 30000000 in each 1 oz. Portion. Freshness of product and full potency of live L. Bifidus organisms guaranteed, for unopened package, until date stamped on bottom of box. Once opened, use entire contents within 4 weeks for best results. Special culturing and protective packaging keeps L. Bifidus live and viable without refrigeration. This box contains 70 level measuring spoonfuls of product.
Directions: To prepare one portion: (measuring spoon enclosed) Add 5 level measuring spoons (1 oz.) to approx. 5 oz. (slightly more than 1/2 cup) of warm (not hot) water or milk. Mix, shake or blend to dissolve well before drinking. Each measuring spoonful is equivalent to one slightly rounded tablespoon. Can be taken any time of day, with or in-between meals. Adults: Take above mixture 1-3 times daily as desired. Children: Take 1/2-1 measuring spoonful daily. If mixing into infant formula please check to see that bottle nipple does not clog.
Warnings: Keep away from heat. After each use promptly close bag tightly.
