Gentian (Gentiana amarella) is a flower essence indicated for individuals feeling discouragement, doubt, despondency, and feelings of depression with an identifiable cause; they make progress but become disheartened by setbacks. This remedy is particularly beneficial for convalescents, and children discouraged about their schoolwork.
Suggested Use: Take 2 drops in a small glass of water and sip at intervals or take directly on the tongue.
