This 80% mixed tocopherol vitamin E oil is uncombined, unlike acetate or succinate forms of vitamin E, and thus can react with oxygen, thereby protecting oils from the effects of oxidation and rancidity. This product may be consumed or added to vegetable oils to prolong shelf life.
