Kava Kava is an herb that has been widely used for hundreds of years by native South Pacific Islanders. This extract is standardized to assure a guaranteed percentage of its active components known as kavalactones.
Inactive Ingredients::
Gelatin (capsule), Magnesium stearate and silica.
Suggested Use:
As an herbal supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-3 times daily as needed.. Daily usage not to exceed 4 weeks
