Bilberry Extract standardized to 25% of the bioflavonoid complex anthocyanosides.
The anthocyanosides in Nature's Way Bilberry support visual adaptation to light and also help maintain normal nighttime vision.
Recommended Daily Dosage: Take one capsule three times daily with water at mealtimes. For more intensive use, take up to two capsules three timesB daily with water at mealtimes.
