The echinacea used in EchinaGuard is grown by a select group of German farmers under stringent and controlled agricultural environments. The fresh, live plant is harvested at the peak of blooming. Then it is immediately rushed to the state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities of Madaus AG, a world leader in natural healthcare products, located outside of Cologne, Germany. A special process is used to press the juice from the fresh plant. This innovative process captures all the freshness and vitality of the whole flowering plant, providing benefits no single plant part or chemical component can match.
EchinaGuard, the world's best selling and most extensively researched echinacea product, is made from the fresh-pressed juice of echinacea purpurea. It has been manufactured longer than any other echinacea product (nearly 60 years), and has been the subject of the vast majority of chemical, scientific and clinical studies on echinacea preparations (over 180 studies to be exact). In a recently completed Swedish study, EchinaGuard was proven to be twice as effective as placebo in promoting and maintaining well-being in cold and flu season.
Usage: EchinaGuard promotes well-being during cold and flu season.
Recommended Daily Dosage: For initial use take 1 tsp. (approx. 50 drops), then 1/2 tsp. (20 drops) every 2 hours throughout the day. If not otherwise recommended, for long term use, take 1/2 tsp. To 1 tsp. Three times daily.
