Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement for adults,1 to 2 vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. To assure freshness and potency,store at room temperature 15º-30ºC(59º-86º F) or refrigerate. Although it is not required, refrigeration helps to further preserve the probiotic microorganisms. Store away from heat, light and moisture.
